Semolina, derived from durum wheat, is primarily used in the production of dry pasta varieties such as spaghetti and macaroni. Coarse, golden semolina made from premium durum wheat. Ideal for traditional eggless pasta like orecchiette, busiate, and trofie, as well as for rustic Southern Italian breads with a firm crust and rich flavor. A pantry essential for both pasta lovers and artisan bakers. It can be utilized independently or combined with “00” Pasta d’Oro® flour to optimize dough development and decrease cooking duration.
