All OroBio pasta is crafted with care from organic durum wheat sourced from the Basilicata and Apulia regions. The wheat is milled into semolina at certified organic mills and each batch is thoroughly tested to ensure it is completely free of mycotoxins. Our skilled artisans use a slow, low temperature drying process for over 48 hours, resulting in a highly digestible and delicate pasta with a satisfying "bite".
