It is harvested from April to September-October and contains all the trace elements from the surrounding environment. Just like all the other honeys from Carlo Amodeo Company, the Vulcano Wildflower Raw Honey is carefully extracted every 7 days to preserve its properties. It is then immediately centrifuged, decanted, jarred, and stored in a cold room at 4 degrees for optimal freshness.
