Barlotti is the most awarded buffalo cheese producer in Italy. Its deep tradition (since early 1900s) follows family-run artisanal process using milk from their own buffalo herd in Paestum with strict adherence to Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP (PDO) standards, and a commitment to natural feeding (straw, hay, corn) for rich, flavorful, additive-free cheese.
