Pastificio Gentile: Gragnano’s Gold Standard

Founded in 1876, Pastificio Gentile is one of the crown jewels of Pasta di Gragnano IGP. Nestled in the hills above the Amalfi Coast, they honour the ancient Metodo Cirillo—a slow, natural drying process that can take up to 60 hours. The result? Pasta with a golden hue, firm bite, and unmatched flavour integrity.

Pastai Sanniti: A bold identity for a new era of pasta.

In 2023, Pastai Sanniti, a historic pasta factory in Sannio, enters a new phase thanks to the acquisition by the two-Michelin-starred chef Giuseppe Iannotti. A bold and contemporary vision has transformed every aspect of the brand, leading it to break with the past to project itself towards an innovative future.
