La Vecchia Distilleria’s Acqua di Fiori di Arancio Amaro brings the fragrance of bitter orange blossoms, known in Italian as zagara, to cakes, pastries and desserts. Its floral aroma pairs beautifully with ricotta, almonds, honey and citrus.
Use it in traditional pastiera, ricotta fillings, almond biscuits, custards or cake syrups. It also adds a fragrant touch to cocktails and citrus drinks. Start with a few drops and adjust to taste.
