For the cake: ‘00’ soft wheat flour, candied orange peel (15%) (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), butter, category A pasteurised egg yolk, sugar, natural mother yeast (‘00’ soft wheat flour, water), white chocolate (whole powdered milk, cocoa butter, sugar, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract), amaretto liqueur (water, sugar, alcohol, aromas, glucose syrup), acacia honey, candied mandarin paste (mandarin peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), salt, Madagascar bourbon vanilla beans.
For the glaze: sugar, almonds, category A pasteurised egg white, rice starch.
