A playful twist on traditional mozzarella, Nodini ("little knots") are hand-tied bites of fresh stretched curd, crafted by La Daria, one of Puglia’s finest artisanal dairies.

Made with 100% Italian cow’s milk, these delicate knots offer a slightly firmer texture than burrata, with a mild, milky flavor and just the right amount of chew. Naturally shiny and slightly springy, Nodini are as beautiful as they are delicious.

Each pack contains 5 individually knotted pieces (50g each) — perfect for antipasti platters, salads, or a light bite with olive oil and salt.
