PERSONALIZE YOUR CARBONARA BY ADDING THE INGREDIENTS YOU LOVE MOST.
The "basic" version of carbonara, with 20% egg yolk and cheese. Produced without added milk or cream.
Mode of use:
Add to pasta and mix.
This base allows you to create your own favorite version of Carbonara:
- classic with the addition of crispy guanciale (pork cheek)
- seafood, adding fish and shellfish
- with seasonal vegetables
It can be kept warm while serving without the egg curdling.
40g of sauce will season 80g of pasta.
Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, store in the refrigerator +4° and consume within 7 days.

Water,egg yolk 20%, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP cheese(milk, salt, rennet), Pecorino Romano DOP cheese( sheep'smilk , salt, rennet), cornstarch, salt, black pepper, natural flavors.
