This base allows you to create your own favorite version of Carbonara:
classic with the addition of crispy guanciale (pork cheek)
seafood, adding fish and shellfish
with seasonal vegetables
It can be kept warm while serving without the egg curdling. 40g of sauce will season 80g of pasta.
Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, store in the refrigerator +4° and consume within 7 days.
