An authentic Carbonara base made with 20% egg yolk, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, and Pecorino Romano DOP, with no added milk or cream.

Simply heat, toss with freshly cooked pasta, and customise with your favourite ingredients:

The sauce stays smooth when kept warm and won't curdle.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate at 4°C and consume within 7 days.
